A second social mortgage house has been commissioned in the Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan since the beginning of the year

The house has four entrances, five floors, the total area of the apartments is 2.2 thousand square meters. There are 36 one-room, 17 two-room and three-room apartments in the building. All of them have been subjected to finishing, equipped with double-circuit individual heating boilers.

The apartments also have plumbing, gas stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water, gas and electricity meters.
