Sotsialotechniks of Tatarstan returned the opportunity to use the funds of maternity capital

Participants of the social mortgage program again got the opportunity to use the funds of the mother capital. This was announced by Deputy Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under the President of Tatarstan Bulat Gilmanov during a press conference at Tatar-inform news agency.

Sociotechniks, whose children have reached the age of three, will be able to use the matkapital. To do this, they need to contact the representative office of the Fund and write an application. The approximate term for transferring funds from the capital is up to 3 months.

Recall that the transfer of maternity capital funds to social mortgage agreements was suspended at the beginning of 2021 due to a change in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation. The change suggested that the land plot under the house should be the property of the housing cooperative.

“In order for our social security providers to be able to use the funds of materiel, which, no doubt, is a great help for families, we had to involve everyone – both ministers and deputies. Nobody was left behind. But the main assistance was provided by the President of the Republic Rustam Nurgaleevich, who was able to convince the Government of Russia of the need to revise the rules in favor of social mortgagers,” said Marat Zaripov, executive director of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
