According to A. Frolov, the implementation of the annual housing construction plan is more than 66% - 1 million 827 thousand square meters have been commissioned. According to the social mortgage program, 100 thousand square meters were built, the plan for the current year is 150 thousand. 8 thousand 355 houses or 68.5% of the planned annual volume are ready for individual housing. In commercial construction, builders exceeded the bar by 62%, having commissioned 79 apartment buildings out of 148 by the current date. The area of commissioned commercial housing is 576 thousand square meters. meters.

As part of the implementation of housing programs for privileged categories of citizens, 600 apartments are provided for orphans. Of these, the Goszhilfond and the Ministry of Education and Science are conducting coordination procedures for 296 residential premises, and 125 apartments are at the stage of preparation for bidding.

The second largest category is young families. For all 50 recipients, funding has been brought to the municipalities in full. The category "Large families with 5 or more children" this year includes 25 recipients. 10 certificates have already been implemented.

According to the fourth category "Internally displaced persons, displaced persons from the Far North and Chernobyl victims", four out of eight certificates were issued.
