Marat Aizatullin visited Sabantui in Syzran
In Syzran, Samara region hosted the traditional national holiday Sabantuy. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and the head of the Vysokogorsky district of Tatarstan Ravil Hisamutdinov.
On behalf of the leadership of the republic, Marat Aizatullin congratulated the guests of the Maidan. He noted that Sabantuy is held in many regions of the Russian Federation, the holiday promotes the popularization of Tatar culture, expands opportunities for the development of cooperation in various fields. "Wherever representatives of the Tatar people live, Sabantuy has been and remains for everyone a living connecting thread between our past, present and future," he said in his welcoming speech.
Due to covid restrictions, Sabantuy was not held in Syzran for two years, so close attention was paid to the organization of the celebration of the Tatar national holiday in 2022. As part of the celebration, more than 10 entertainment and sports grounds were organized, including those who wished to try their hand at the national wrestling "Koresh". The concert program was attended by collectives of the region and artists from Tatarstan.
