Ilshat Gimaev took part in the presentation of the project of a new residential complex

Construction of the Krylovka Park residential complex has begun in the Kirovsky district of Kazan. The complex is located near the intersection of Bolshaya Krylovka, Yagodinskaya and Krasnokokshayskaya.

The residential complex will be put into operation in 2025. "Krylovka Park" will consist of four houses with a height of 6 to 23 floors. A park space with an area of more than 7 thousand square meters will be created for residents of the complex. According to the project, the yard is divided into three functional zones: a children's playground with an atraumatic coating, a multifunctional sports ground with outdoor exercise equipment and an area for walking and recreation, where heated benches and stations for charging gadgets will be installed. Landscaping is planned throughout the territory, and dog boxes and closed systems for separate garbage collection are planned along the perimeter.

As the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev noted, new residential complexes are changing the Kirovsky district beyond recognition. "When new projects unfold in difficult conditions, this is a positive signal. After March-April, we expected when the objects that will be commissioned in 2023-2025 would be implemented. This is the republic's groundwork for housing construction programs within the framework of the national project "Housing and urban Environment", he said.
