Tatarstan remains a leader in housing construction
Today, at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin said that Tatarstan is traditionally among the regions with the largest volumes of housing construction. Over the past 3 years, about 2 million 600 thousand square meters of housing have been introduced in Tatarstan. In 2021, we have commissioned more than 3 million square meters. meters - this is the first place in the Volga Federal District and the sixth place in Russia. By the end of this year, it is planned to put into operation 2 million 755 thousand. meters of housing, these are 148 houses of multi-apartment investment housing, 56 houses under the social mortgage program and 12,454 houses under individual housing construction.
In addition, 677 families, including 600 orphans, 22 large and 50 young families, as well as 5 representatives of certain categories of citizens, should receive housing in the republic within the framework of housing programs for certain categories of citizens this year.
The Head of the Department informed about the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. So, this year the program will cover about 760 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 756 thousand square meters. The financial volume of the program is 6 billion 430 million rubles.
He recalled that this program was launched in the republic in 2008, and since that time 11,508 houses have been repaired, in which almost 2 million Tatarstan residents live.
Also, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is currently working on 7 National projects and 5 state programs, within which 207 objects and 12.5 thousand square meters of emergency housing stock will be implemented.
