Two social care homes in Almetyevsk received a conclusion on compliance with the project documentation

Two social housing houses in Almetyevsk for 285 and 56 apartments have successfully passed the final inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan and received conclusions on the compliance of the facility with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation. The houses are located within the boundaries of the streets of Motorists, Polevaya and Herzen.

285-apartment building of different storeys — it has from seven to nine floors, eight entrances, the total area of the apartments is 19.2 thousand square meters. There are 30 one—room, 161 two—room and 94 three—room apartments.

The second house is nine-storey, single-entrance. The total area of the apartments is 3.6 thousand square meters, of which eight are one—room, 32 are two—room and 16 are three-room.

All apartments are finished, equipped with plumbing, gas stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, meters for water, gas, electricity and heat supply.
