Construction of the second social housing house has begun in Laishevo

In Laishevo, in the Saydasheva-Yubileinaya district, construction began on a second 96-apartment building with individual heating. The ten-story building will be intended for participants in State Housing Fund programs.

The total area of apartments in the building will be 4.7 thousand square meters. Each apartment will be equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including plumbing, gas stoves, gas analyzers, water, gas, and electricity meters.

The 96-apartment socio-mortgage building under construction next door, pos. 1. Its technical readiness is 12%; the foundation blocks of the third block section are being installed at the site, as well as the reinforced belt of the first floor of the first and second block sections is being prepared.

Completion of the work will allow us to fulfill one of the main objectives of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” - providing affordable and comfortable housing for our citizens.
