In the residential complex "Mәkhәbbәt" of the residential area "Salavat Kuper" of Kazan, the occupancy of the 72-apartment building No. 18 on I. Shakirov Avenue (construction No. 1-5-2) has begun. It was built as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” and is intended for participants in the “Social Mortgage” program.
Among the new residents are public sector workers, a doctor-grant recipient, young and large families.
The house has two entrances, nine residential floors. All apartments are equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water and electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system. The residential complex “Mәkhәbbәt” is designed taking into account modern urban requirements - these include comfortable common areas, courtyards without cars, recreation areas according to age preferences, there is everything for both a relaxing holiday and noisy games.
The first three buildings of the “Makhabbet” residential complex with 420 apartments were occupied at the end of 2023. In total, the residential quarter will consist of 14 buildings of variable number of floors (10-18 floors) with 2003 apartments. The technical readiness of the remaining houses under construction in the block varies from 9% to 50%.
