The improvement of the City Lake in Almetyevsk is being completed
As part of the federal project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment,” work to renovate the City Lake in Almetyevsk is being completed. The new embankment will stretch along Bulgar Street and along Shevchenko Street. The construction readiness of the facility is estimated at 90%.
The decision to divide the lake into different zones, each of which will have its own functionality, was made by local residents at a design workshop. For example, the beach part will be a pool made of wooden flooring. Near it there will be an area for relaxing on sun loungers, changing cabins and a toilet. There will be a children's playground nearby with areas for contact and water play, sand play equipment and seating for parents. Another new place will be a picnic area on the water, where there will be benches and tables on decks, and the water level will on average reach the knees of visitors.
The federal project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” is being implemented within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. Measures to implement the federal project will improve the quality of the urban environment by one and a half times by 2030.
