Housing construction in Tatarstan has been completed by 72% of the annual plan

Housing construction in Tatarstan is proceeding at a faster pace. Of the 150 thousand square meters that need to be handed over as part of the social library program, almost 100 thousand are ready. 1 million 319 thousand sq.m. - 9 thousand 452 houses or 78% of the plan were commissioned through individual housing. In the commercial sector, builders exceeded the bar by 62%, having commissioned 79 apartment buildings out of 148 by the current date. The area of commissioned housing is 576 thousand square meters. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the state program “Integrated development of rural areas”, the work has reached 30%. 3 objects are being implemented under the federal Housing project - their readiness is estimated at 22%. 529 people who previously occupied 224 apartments with an area of 6 thousand 169 sq.m. were resettled under the federal project “Ensuring sustainable reduction of uninhabitable housing stock”.
