The best management company in Russia works in Kazan

Summing up and awarding the winners of the 14th federal Urban Awards took place in Sochi. The service company "Territory of Comfort" from Kazan became the winner in the nomination "Managing company of comfort class houses".

The Tatarstan company manages residential properties in the Republic of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and the Samara Region.

The experts evaluated the nominees from the regions according to the following parameters: the level of implementation of technologies to reduce operating costs, implemented solutions for communication with residents, solutions to provide more comfortable living, solutions to increase the collection of payments for utilities, awareness of residents about their rights, obligations and opportunities in the management of apartment buildings.

The Urban Awards were established in 2009 to identify achievements in urban residential real estate, promote modern standards in construction and architecture, and improve the quality of infrastructure and the urban environment.
