30 December 2021, Thursday

Dear colleagues!

The whole country is excitedly awaiting the New Year 2022. It's a glorious tradition to buy gifts, decorate your homes and wait for a miracle. As always, on New Year's Eve, we sum up the results and thank those with whom we worked, were together. The outgoing year was special for the builders of the republic, because it passed under the sign of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the construction industry of Tatarstan. For representatives of the most peaceful and creative profession, this is undoubtedly a significant event. Over the course of several eras, we have accumulated invaluable experience. And our most important task is not only to preserve this unique heritage but also to put it on the basis of new achievements, boldly keeping pace with the times. In 2021, the builders of Tatarstan carried out work on 6 national projects and 44 republican programs. Almost 2.7 million square meters of housing have been built in the republic, more than 1,000 apartment buildings have been repaired. There are even more landscaped parks and squares, modern kindergartens and schools. New sports facilities and healthcare institutions have appeared, including those of international level, and many other social infrastructure facilities. The coming year in Tatarstan has been declared the Year of Digitalization. I am sure it will become a breakthrough in the use of high technologies in all areas of construction and housing and communal services. The transition to BIM technologies in the design and construction of housing, as well as socially significant objects, is a new stage in modern construction. I am sure that with a professional team we will complete all the tasks. Dear friends! On the eve of the New Year, I want to wish you good health, fulfillment of cherished desires, happiness and prosperity to you and your loved ones. May the coming year be a time of confident development and be full of joyful events.
